We're thrilled to announce that ChatBotKit's widget integration has just received a major update! Our team has been working hard to bring you a new feature that allows you to configure the session duration of your chatbot. With this new addition, customers using our widget can now set the chat session to last for a period of their choice, ranging from 30 minutes up to an entire day!

Before this update, the widget sessions were limited to 30 minutes, which meant that users would be forced to start a new chat session after the session expired. But with this new configurable session duration, users can now enjoy longer chat sessions, giving them more time to get the help they need.
