We're excited to announce that ChatBotKit Widget Integration now supports contact collection! Once enabled, this feature will convert the standard widget chat input into an input that accepts the user's name and email. Once provided, the information is captured as part of the conversation.
This feature can be combined with ChatBotKit Support Integration to completely replace and enhance existing customer support widgets. With the Support Integration feature, you can automatically summarize the chat conversations and forward them to your existing customer support email. When combined with Contact Collection, the support email will contain the right contact details which human customer support agents can use to reply back to customers.
